About Me
I have been weight training for over 6 years and managing nutrition for 3, I wrestled for 5 years, and I have just always loved being active. I got my Personal Training Certification through the National Council of Strength and Fitness. Through my years of lifting I have always loved helping out family, friends, and teammates get better. So I chose to pursue fitness, and I would love to help as many people as I can.
My Goal
My goal is to use my knowledge and education to help as many people reach the fitness and health goals they want in life. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle, build strength, or just to start getting more active. It is my goal to get you to reach your goal.

Unlike a lot of personal trainers I not only know how to help you reach your goals, I have experienced it. I have had years of experience in trying to lose weight, the struggle, measuring out everything I eat, making time for the gym 5 days a week, and staying disciplined. I have had experience trying to gain weight, and I have built strength, and muscle over these years. I want to use my experience to support you mentally and physically through your journey.
